We offer a wide range of flexible, modern venues suited for corporate meetings, multi-day conferences, exhibitions, workshops, performances, galas, and community programs. Our spaces include ballrooms, a 500-seat auditorium, classrooms and breakout rooms, sun-filled atriums, and expansive outdoor lawns - all designed to support creativity, collaboration, and meaningful engagement.
Event Services has extensive experience working with nonprofits, youth organizations, research institutes, and corporate groups. We assist with space selection, contracting and insurance requirements, and coordination with campus service providers to ensure a seamless planning process. During the summer, visitors also benefit from expanded access to meeting spaces and optional housing accommodations through our campus partners.
Nestled beside the JFK Presidential Library, the Edward M. Kennedy Institute, and the Boston HarborWalk - and just steps from the JFK/UMass MBTA station - UMass Boston provides an accessible and distinctive setting for events year-round.
